Small and large event packages are available. The first step is to determine the size of your event and the space you want to book. Next, you will fill out our inquiry form. Upon approval of the date and application, the rental payment must be received to reserve the date.

Small Event Packages
The small resident event rental packages are available to book up to 6 months in advance and for up to 100 guests.
Grand Room
Indoor space accommodates
up to 100 guests
4 Hour: $675 • 8 Hour: $1,200

Pavilion
Covered 6,000 sq. ft. outdoor seating
4 Hour: $560 • 8 Hour: $825

The Overlook
Indoor space accommodates
up to 49 guests
4 Hour: $450

Large Event Packages
The wedding & large event package includes the entire facility or pavilion for up to 400 guests. Large event rentals can
be reserved up to 9 months in advance.
