Small and large event packages are available. The first step is to determine the size of your event and the space you want to book. Next, you will fill out our inquiry form. Upon approval of the date and application, the security deposit must be received to reserve the date.
Small Event Packages
The small event rental packages are available to book up to 6 months in advance and for up to 100 guests. Each small event package includes a 6-hour rental with the option to extend 2 additional hours for the Grand Room and Pavilion only.

The Pavilion
The 6,000 sq. ft. oversized covered pavilion is perfect for outdoor covered events. Great location with a spectacular view for large events such as graduation parties, corporate functions or holiday parties. View Room Details Here.

The Overlook
The Overlook has the best view of the lakes, perfect for groups under 50 for celebrations such as baby showers, happy hours, seminars and small parties. View Room Details Here.

Large Event Packages
The wedding & large event package includes the entire facility or pavilion for up to 400 guests. The 14-hour rental time frame is from 10am to 12am. Large event rentals can be reserved up to 9 months in advance.
The Facility
Accommodates 125 seated guests, 150 standing with the Grand Room and Lobby space combined. The Overlook Room can hold 49 guests and the large covered pavilion can accommodate up to 400 guests. View Room Details Here.
